Good to know
Do our guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code (or open the link), type their name and record or upload. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
How long can each message be?
Up to 2 minutes and 200 MB per message by default, which is plenty for a heartfelt wish. If a guest picks a longer clip, they get a friendly note before anything is sent.
Who can see the videos?
Only you. Your gallery is private and behind your login. Guests never see each other's messages, and nothing is ever posted publicly.
Can we download everything?
Yes. Download any single message, or the whole collection as one zip file, whenever you like.
What if the venue signal is weak?
Messages are sent in small pieces and pick up where they left off, so a shaky connection doesn't lose a message. Guests see the progress as it sends.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, in the phone's normal browser: Safari, Chrome and others. Guests can record right on the page or upload a video they already have.
When can guests start sending messages?
We set up your wedding ahead of the big day and open it for your celebration. Afterwards we close it, so your collection stays complete and private.
